Delivery
We will dispatch your order (usually) within 48 hours once the payment is received. If the item that you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you immediately to discuss your options.
Delivery right to your doorsteps within Singapore is currently free of charge. We’ll contact you for the date and time of delivery preferred.
If you are residing in other countries, we will absorb the delivery charge as well. We will use registered mail for your package so that you can keep track of your order.
If you prefer alternative delivery mode, do let us know. We’re a bunch of nice people and will try our very best to accommodate your requests. Just send us an email at enquiry@konfidence.com.sg
Exchange/Refunds
We are sure that you will be satisfied with your purchase. We perform stringent checks prior to delivery to make sure that all goods sent are in perfect condition.
Due to hygiene reason, all goods are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE unless defective (which we hope it won’t happen as we take pride in giving our customers the highest quality products).
If your Konfidence product does not fit, you may email us at enquiry@konfidence.com.sg within 3 working days upon receipt of your product.
You may return the item with all the original packaging to:

We recommend that you use registered mail to avoid any mis-handling during transit.
Please note that the items must be unused and clean. As a courtesy to our other customers, please only return items that are in perfect condition and can be resold. Items returned must be in a re-saleable condition, along with all labels, hang tags and all original packaging. Please also include your receipt of payment, your mailing address and contact details.
Once returned items has been received and verified suitable for exchange, the correct size item will be posted out to you.
