Delivery and Shipping
We understand you want to enjoy your items asap, so we aim to dispatch your orders within 2 working days once the payment is received (unless you opt for Same-Day and Next-Day delivery). If the item that you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you immediately to discuss your options.
For Singapore, we will dispatch your order via a reliable local courier service provider or SingPost. Regardless, all the packages will have tracking numbers so that we can keep track of your order.
For International Shipping, we will dispatch your order via international courier service provider or SingPost with tracking number. Please note that customers are responsible to pay for any import duties and taxes incurred.
If you prefer to arrange for your own courier service (e.g. DHL, FedEx etc), do let us know. Or if you prefer these couriers and want our help to make arrangements, we have a good working relations with them built over the years and will be able to provide the best rates.
