Delivery and Shipping

We understand you want to enjoy your items asap, so we aim to dispatch your orders within 2 working days once the payment is received (unless you opt for Same-Day and Next-Day delivery). If the item that you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you immediately to discuss your options.

If you need us to process your order urgently, please contact us in advance and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Please do note that this is not a guaranteed service delivery as sometimes the courier service may be swamped especially during festive season, public holidays, school holidays and long weekends.

Note: If you want a guarantee day to receive your items, please check our Next Day/Same Day delivery service.

For Singapore, we will dispatch your order via a reliable local courier service. All the packages will have tracking numbers so that we can keep track of your order.

For International Shipping, we will dispatch your order via international courier service provider with tracking number. Please note that customers are responsible to pay for any import duties and taxes incurred.

If you prefer to arrange for your own courier service (e.g. DHL, FedEx etc), do let us know. Or if you prefer these couriers and want our help to make arrangements, we will be able to provide the shipping cost.
